INPUT/OUTPUT MODULES, ANALOG IN/ANALOG OUT

Sequence Output
The ASO is an analogue output module that is designed to convert 1 x 0-10 Volt input signal to 2, 3 or 4 x 0-10 Volt outputs operating in sequence.

The output slopes can be set to overlap each other by up to 2 Volts by the adjustment of V1.

There is also an output variable delay timer which is set on V2 (0 to 5 mins.)

Parallel or 3 Stage Sequence
The APS is a multiple analogue output module that is designed to convert 1 x 0-10 volt input signal to 4 x 0-10 volt outputs in parallel or 3 x 0-10 volt outputs in sequence (3 stage control) with AO4 acting as a slave to AI1 for cascade control to other modules.

The inputs and outputs can be selected to operate on 2-10 volts if required.

Also the outputs can be individually inverted.

Dual 2 Stage Sequence
The ADS is a multifunction analogue output module that is designed to convert 1 or
2 x 0-10 volt input signals to 2 or 4 x 0 10 volt outputs.

Two AO outputs are operated in sequence from one input with a dead band adjustment of 0 to 1 volt between outputs.

The outputs can be individually inverted to operate on 0 to 10 volts or 10 to 0 volts.

The inputs and outputs can be selected to operate on 2-10 volts if required.

Average, Priority & Differential

The AAP is a multifunction analogue output module that is designed to convert up to 4 x 0-10 Volt input signals to a variety of 0-10 Volt outputs that can be used for priority signaling, averaging and differential measurement.

The inputs and outputs can be selected to operate on 0-10 Volts or 2-10 Volts if required.

Analogue Current or Voltage Re-scaling Module
The MAS 24 is an analog re-scaling module which accepts an analog voltage or current signal and re-scales it to another voltage or current range.

Several preset ranges are jumper selectable.

The top-adjust trimmer potentiometers can be used to make fine adjustments to output ranges for maximum flexibility.

The MAS 24 can attenuate an input signal to 100%.

The MAS also has an adjustable gain and offset.

The output gain can be adjusted from 1 to 25 times the input (gain will vary depending on input) to the MAS 24.

The offset of the output can be adjusted anywhere from +/- .25 to +/- 20Vdc

The MAS 24 has the ability to reverse a signal.

The MAS 24 also has a regulated 20Vdc power supply output to power sensors.

By using voltage divider applications, the
MAS 24 can accept a resistance input.

If a higher power output is required, refer to the PBS.

Six Analog Input to Average, Lowest, Highest, or Difference Analog Output
The MMM is a microprocessor controlled interface designed to provide maximum flexibility.

With a variety of standard inputs the MMM provides the user with the ability to interface several devices to the analog output.

The MMM can average two to six inputs, output the highest of two to six inputs, output the lowest of two to six inputs or output the difference of two inputs.

Input ranges are jumper selectable and all modes and analog output are DIP switch selectable.

Output signal is optically isolated from input signals.

The MMM also accepts up to 6 digital inputs (binary sequence) and outputs a proportional analog signal.

The power output terminal can be used for power if the inputs are only contact closures.
